  • Will my insurance company pay for my roof to be replaced?

Insurance companies typically cover roof replacements when the damage is the result of natural events such as wind or hail storms. In these cases, your policy should provide coverage for the replacement costs.
  • Does it matter how old my roof is?

The age of your roof does not influence whether your insurance company will cover the replacement. However, if you have an actual cash value (ACV) policy, the age of your roof will affect the amount of compensation you receive.
  • How much do I have to pay?

Your out-of-pocket expense is determined by your policy's deductible and the type of coverage you have. These factors will influence the amount you're responsible for paying.
  • How can I avoid paying the deductible?

As a matter of legal and ethical compliance, payment of the deductible is required. Our company does not participate in or recommend any practices that could be construed as insurance fraud.
  • Should I get several bids?

While obtaining multiple bids is generally advisable, in insurance-covered projects, the cost is less critical. We recommend selecting a contractor based on trust, reliability, and your comfort level with their service.
  • What if your bid is greater than the insurance company's estimate?

In such cases, we encourage open communication. Our team is prepared to collaborate with you and your insurance provider to address any discrepancies and find an appropriate resolution.
  • Can I get upgrades on my materials?

Certainly, a storm damage-induced roof replacement presents an excellent opportunity for material upgrades. Please note that any costs exceeding the insurance-approved amount will be your responsibility.
